After discussing options to replace both water heaters and choosing a couple of add-ons (electric anode rods and a membership) we questioned whether or not the water heaters were still under warranty. David determined they are under warranty, so all previous decisions were revisited. David didn’t flinch and quickly determined how we could move forward, and provided me with a new quote (labor) and timing for the replacement. The second technician ("handlebar Chuck) was awesome! The customer services was EXCELLENT!!! He patiently listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and provided me accurate information re: the cost of repair vs. replacement. I decided to replace the water heater and, even though it very late in the day, Chuck was able to install the new water heater that evening."

"Ask for Craig. His official title is VP of Operations, but I think he needs a new job title: Miracle Worker. We had a highly-rated provider in this field spend two hours with the chandelier, only to tell us the wiring was bad and we'd have to run a new, external wire along the ceiling and wall. It took Craig twenty minutes to properly diagnose the problem--and fix it! We've had lots of people look at the bathroom fixture and no one could figure out how the cover came off. Craig figured it out. We're going to be taking the fixture to our new location and we're going to have Craig install it. He's very pleasant to work with.
