"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"Angelo and his helper were right on time. They were Very Nice and Professional. Did an AMAZING job! I could not be Happier! I Highly Recommend them. You will not be disappointed! Hard to find an Honest, Professional, Trustworthy Company, who will do the right job, but Preferred Choice Cleaning Services is all that. I will be hiring them again!!"

"GREAT!! Jared and his worker were very polite and professional. The whole job was done in a timely manner. The duct work looks fantastic and I now have heat flowing properly throughout my home. I would recommend Viridian heating and cooling to everyone."

"Spoke directly with the owner on a hot day when the air conditioner stopped working.  He had a crew there within two hours.  They quickly identified and repaired the problem (electrical connections), tested the system and coolant levels, and provided options for updating in the future.  They were fast, friendly and professional.  I would use them again without hesitation.  By the way, I am not a returning customer - I found them on Angie's List that day.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Same day service, job done well, quick, neat & clean, courteous. What more could you ask?"
