"They contacted me very quickly. I requested a quote late at night and they called me at 10am the next day and they had a licensed plumber at my home within an hour of calling me. He was excellent, fixed the toilet bowl in 45 minutes and charged me $250. He was clean, professional and fast. I would recommend this company! I also contracted with them to repair my shower head and install a new bathroom sink. Everything was fully explained to me about the toilet and also what I needed to get for them to fix the shower and the sink. They will be back on Monday 9/28 (today is Saturday 9/26) to fix the shower. It will cost $275.00 + tax and I had to get the shower head. Not a problem, they told me exactly what to get. I had to order the vanity top, faucet and sink anyway so as soon as that is all delivered around mid-October they will return to fix the sink. Installation fee for the sink will run $975.00 +tax, and they are supplying the pipes under the sink, which all need to be replaced. They told me it will take around 5 hrs to install the sink. As this is in the future, I will leave a second review to report how things went, but I am very optimistic that things will go well judging by how they went today."

"A real find! We've had many plumbers, good and bad, but by far, Clearway was the best! I called them yesterday with two issues: a leaking relief valve on our water tank, and a slow draining toilet that coughed up grey gunk after 2 days of Draino Max Buildup treatment and plunging, yet wouldn't drain properly. Jim Montalbano got back to me very quickly, gave me the low-down on what was most likely happening, and sent his team over bright and early today. Paul and Adam were polite and very easy to talk with. (We've experienced plumbers who treated us with condescending attitudes, so this was a pleasure!) They explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and did it so quickly and professionally, we were astonished! We would definitely have these guys back for future projects, and we thank them and Jim for a job well done. Highly recommended!"

"There are four pillars to good service: communication, quality, reliability and fair pricing. Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."
