"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"By the time I found Joe’s business, the water heater had been deemed dead’s by the manufacturer, it was Sunday afternoon, a blizzard was to start around 8:00pm. Joe and his partner took out the old heater, drove with me to HD picked up the new one, installed it and I had hot water before the first snow flakes hit the ground. I reached out to Marcin not expecting to hear from him until Monday. Marcin emailed me back on a Sunday asking for questions and photos so he could scope the job. Because we were without a main toilet, Marcin moved his schedule around to come to our house on Monday! He walked me through which toilet specs i should buy, and I ran out and got a toilet, and him and his assistant came over, and had the remaining parts on hand to finish the job quickly! Marcin and his assistant were also very courteous and were wearing masks the entire time they were in my house.
