"This is the closest category I could find for what I had done and know that they do this type of work. I hired this company to install a french drain in the back of my yard. There is a hill behind me and the grade from the house made the water collect in a swamp with nowhere to go. They did a great job of trenching out the entire width of that area, added perforated pipe with a filter cloth and gravel, then replacing the topsoil. They put a well with a sump pump at the end and tubing to pump the water out to the front of the house so it would go into the drainage system. Mike Jr., Brandon Powers, Eric Lawhon and Mike Houtchins were the team of workers and did a great job cleaning up afterwards also. It was a pretty large project but it only took them two days to complete. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend them."

We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. "Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. I would definitely use them if needed in the future."
