"Bobby from Horne was professional and punctual. He showed us pictures of the old furnace and explained what we would need to repair or replace. We did not feel at all pressured to go for the most expensive unit. During installation, air got into the gas pipes and we had no hot water to fireplace. Horne responded and had techs out immediately to solve the problem. We have signed maintenance contract with them also. I have an acquaintance who is in the building trades and he also recommended them and spoke of them as one of the best HVAC folks in town. A+"

"R&B is awesome. We met R&B Climate Control not long after purchasing a new home. We had lost Air Conditioning due to faulty wiring. We hired another company to fix our AC and they replaced a junction box for $300.00. This repair held for a couple of days. I was traveling for work when the unit went out again one evening. It was a hot summer night and my wife and kids were miserable in the heat. I found Russell the owner of R&B and he was there within the hour. He found the wiring problem was in our main circuit breaker, tightened the screw and was done for the cost of a service call. I have since referred R&B to friends saving them money.
