I contacted several but Motion was the most reasonable and they explained exactly the process so I understood what was happening. "I called at 8:15 a.m., explained that I had a leak between the water shut-off to the house and the connection pipe to the yard's sprinkler system.  They were able to schedule someone to be there between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. that day but said it would probably be between 9:00 and 9:30.  Sure enough, the plumber arrived about 9:15, quickly assessed the problem, explained clearly what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and did a fantastic job of replacing the leaking pipes and made the installation much better than it had been when originally installed. He also noticed that there was a leak between the faucet and where I attach the hose and he tightened and sealed this connection so it no longer leaks.   He cleaned everything up when he finished.  I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price and that this was truly a "professional craftsman".  Terrific job!"

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. After that, he went to the supplier to acquire the new water heater and other parts. They came back within an hour to start the job. Jason and his coworker Hulices took about 3 hours to complete the job. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Called Carlos on Monday said he could be out that afternoon but ended up coming Tuesday AM.  I had enquired with several other companies that gave me some song-and-dance about a simple and straightforward job, saying they needed all sorts of regulators, valves, special parts, etc. Carlos understood that he simply needed to remove a leaking valve and then connect two pipes.  It helps if you know a bit about plumbing saying "I have two 3/4" copper with sweat connections that need to be joined after removing a bypass valve" which helps him visualize what needs to be done. In any case, Carlos did the job quickly and professionally, charging a flat rate of $120, identical to a $109 "Big Deal" + parts others offer. What I really liked is that he didn't try to play on the homeowner's lack-of-knowledge to inflate prices or perform unnecessary tasks. Will definitely call again if we have another problem.
