"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"The job to replace water heater was done well overall. They claimed that an additional plumbing job was mandatory and that they would not proceed without that. There was no way for me to verify whether this was mandatory or not. I had requested them to wait for me to review the additional work (I drove home while they begun the job). I may have been 3-5 minutes late and they were gone. I requested that I would appreciate if somebody comes by and shows me the additional work and the cost justification for it."

"I coordinated the work with Mr. Rooter's home office. Unfortunately, they didn't relay to the technician that he needed certain materials to get the job done. This caused about a 60 minutes of extra time for the technician to search around for the part and then go pick it up. Other than that, the water heater gas control valve was successfully installed and I've got hot water again."

"Tim and his team exceeded every expectation I have. I am an educated consumer of home improvement services and have contracted for numerous projects over the past 10 years in a 100 year old bungalow. The TDH team was the easiest and by far the best to work with of all contractors. The On-site team of Chris, Bernie, and Zeorge also installed a two zone system with computerized controls attached to two smart thermostats. The work was scheduled to 2 days of on site activity. The team arrived exactly on time, 7AM,on the scheduled day. They laid down drop cloths and 100% of all debris and trash was removed. They were completely done by the 2nd day, on schedule. When the work was done, the job site was spotless, Chris did the walk through and review of all the new equipment, answering every one of my numerous questions. The work was flawless and neat.
