That was back in September 2025; but that was not the rest of the story. Very shortly thereafter it became very apparent that my extremely hard well water was challenging the system. Once again the whole team including multiple back office specialists tried everything from changing the "regen" cycle frequency & lengths of time. Nothing seemed to completely make the results "Purfect". So the company added a Potassium-based module as an add-on, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, and achieved what now has been operating for 2-3 months as a Purfect system. Wish there were more companies out there who would go the extra, extra mile to achieve quality results!"
