Their troubleshooting skills are seriously lacking, and I paid the price for it. Initially, they charged me $4,500 just to “level” the old furnace, claiming that would fix the issue. It didn’t. After wasting all that time and money, they came back and told me the furnace actually needed to be replaced — and asked for another $5,500 to do it. In total, I ended up paying $10,000 just to replace one furnace, all because they couldn’t properly diagnose the problem from the start. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Stay far away."

I suspect this leak is caused by the imbalance due to the broken hanger straps. I expected a professional and reliable installation from Evergreen Home Heating and Energy, but these problems indicate a lack of attention to detail and quality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evergreen Home Heating and Energy. If you’re considering them for your home needs, be cautious and perhaps look elsewhere."
