"The company gifted a water heater and installation to my family in the spirit of this Christmas 2025 season. I am moved by their heartfelt commitment to the community and the fact that they were timely, professional, and left the garage cleaner than the found it! I am so thankful. They were quick to schedule and everyone was pleasant to work with. Thank you so much!"

"We have used The Good Plumber several times and they are great. James is always prompt and knows what he is doing. Had a big company come out and tell me they would have to excavate to find a valve and charge me for the excavation. James came and said it should be right here and dug out with his hand and the valve cover was exactly where he said it should be. Did the job that afternoon and was several hundred dollars less than the large company. I would not use anyone else. "

"Excellent job by all I worked with. My wife even commented how every one from the dig crew to plumber we are very nice. I have building experience but it was nice that the first service tech walked me through the issues and even let me view everything he was viewing. Gave me three solutions and good/bad of each. When it comes to the actual work it was done exactly as discussed. No surprises and no hidden charges. Nice to work with a service provider that does what they say, no surprises, and put my yard back to original. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs. "

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Melissa, TX

French drain repairs generally include cleaning to remove clogs or replacing damaged pipes. Drain cleaning costs between $150 and $200 per hour. If replacement is necessary, the cost to install a French drain can run up to $5,000, depending on its type and location.

Trenchless sewer replacement costs between $60 and $250 per foot but is usually not an option for interior plumbing lines. Plumbers typically only use this approach for outside sewer pipes.

Unless you can see a clog through a drain or cracked pipe under a sink, you may be unable to identify its location. To find the problem, your plumber may test your water pressure at specific points or use a sewer camera.

Common signs that a drain pipe requires repair include slowly draining water, backups, regular clogs, strange gurgling sounds, or foul odors from the drain. Also, contact a plumber if you can see rust or oxidation on a drain pipe under the sink or in the basement.

The cost to repair a sink drain pipe can be as low as $100, covering the cost of a plumber’s labor for one to two hours. If the pipe needs to be replaced or is difficult to access, costs could climb up to $500.
