Nick took his time and determined the problem with our furnace.  He was very thorough in his explanation.  He performed the furnace cleaning, checked to make sure the furnace was functioning properly and cleaned everything up.  The bill was for the exact amount quoted over the phone.  The service was professional, friendly, timely and there were no surprises.  We were very satisfied.

J&S was very professional and responsive to the problem. A month after the initial install, they ended up replacing with another brand new water heater, quickly and at no cost to us."
