"Mo called less than 5 minutes after I posted at HomeAdvisor noting that my air conditioning had died, in July. He squeezed me in for the next morning. They've been diligent about replacing parts, found a way to keep me cool during as they're installed. I added some maintenance for my tenant unit and they were there instantly. Couldn't be happier. HomeAdvisor comes through again. And so did Mo."

"Service was fast. Called and they came out same day. Nice and quick to find problem. Will use again. The only reason I'm not giving a better review is that I was told in a text a service call during the day would be $60. I was charged $90. All I needed was batteries in my thermostats. My bad for not knowing that, and my bad for not asking again before having someone come out."

"I am very happy that I hired Patience HVAC to replace my hot water heater. I have an oil burner and oil hot water heater. The 18 year old heater was making crackling noises and I was advised by the oil company to replace it. I wanted to convert to a gas hot water heater and tried going through Lowes. However, they only do swap outs if the existing heater is already set up for gas. So I contacted several companies for a quote. Out of all of them, Anthony was the most professional, down to earth and reasonably priced. First, he suggested to explore correcting the issue on the old heater and save me money which was impressive. I decided to proceed with a new gas heater. The quote he gave me was $800 less than the next lowest quote. Anthony sent his workers Caesar and Matt the next day which I greatly appreciated. They were both very polite and wore covers on their shoes so to avoid dirtying my house more than necessary. Anthony came later in the day to ensure everything was done correctly. He then offered to call him with any questions even if they were not pertinent to the work they performed. I am extremely impressed with patience HVAC honesty, professionalism and reasonable prices. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and family. When I am ready to install a ductless air conditioner, I will definitely contact Patience HVAC."

"Great bunch of guys, I called we worked out a price he came the next day with a new air handler and condenser and installed it in 1 day."

"Cole was very professional, installed a kitchen ceiling fan, a bathroom fixture, high hats in the living room, and installed 2 outlets and moved my plate for my landline. He cleaned up and there was nothing for me to do after he left except admire his work."

"Ralph was very knowledgeable about gas conversions and I felt very confident hiring him. He was great at emailing or calling me back when I had questions before and after the installation. He is very neat and careful about doing things properly."

"We've used this service twice - both time to install split level units. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and the technician. Steve was on time (a rearity for contractors), the job was completed in a timely manner, he clean up after himself and best of all the units work like a charm. Unlike most contractors that grab the money and disappear Steve has checked in with us to confirm that the units are still working. Excellent customer service indeed!"

"Hector and Moises were excellent! Hector came with one other of their crew and assembled my permanent gazebo. I have stone pavers and they were very careful in cutting them and digging Deep enough to establish a good anchor. They even installed railings for my back stoop. I would highly recommend them! Clean... affordable and professional."
