"I would say great but I had to get a new unit. AC Stopped working and One Choice came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Tech tried a fix, but that only lasted a few hours. Returned and determined we needed a new condenser coil. Decided to replace outside unit as well. One day service to replace units and cool the house again. They deducted service call from first visit and gave me $250 off cost The price was very good. Neighbors had units replaced at twice the price. I have had a preventive maintenance contract with One Choice for over ten years. They do great professional work."

This crack can let carbon monoxide into our home, which Andrew's carbon monitor device detected. There was not any sales pitch pressure. Just options and choices. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
