"Terrible, missed a complete room, which will effect the appraisal. Also stated the refrigerator was missing when in fact it was there. Wrote down a small hole that appeared to be a hole dug by a dog was a sink hole. His job was to be an Appraiser not an home inspector. There are some steps missing which we all knew about, also a diversion tube for hot water heater.. So he wrote up that return trip must be made when these items are complete. I do not recommend this person or his company."
