I really appreciate the fact that throughout the install they asked if we had questions. They also thoroughly inspected my entire unit. They replaced both the outdoor and indoor unit components. Opach's A/C also installed a new wireless thermostat. This thermostat allows us to check the temperature of the home when we are away and to adjust it while away as well. It also checks the weather. Opach's A/C & Heating staff and crew were very professional, and their services were competitively priced and they did a great job. "I called Steve and he said he would be there the next day.  I told him an a/c guy  I knew came and put freon in it, and within 24 hours it wouldn't cool.  Steve asked me did he check for leaks, and I said no I don't think so.  He said, that is the first  he should have done was find out where it was leaking the freon.  My air conditioner is old, but I told him I couldn't afford to replace it right now, so he found the leak and stopped the leak and it has worked great on every warm day we have had.  
Steve is the most honest, kindest gentleman you could ever want to meet.  He was very sympathetic with me and didn't try to insist that it wasn't worth fixing and try to tell me I needed a new one.
I would highly recommend this company.  This day and time, so many people sell you things that you don't even need or try to convince you to replace the unit with another one.  This company listened to me and fixed my problem and did it at a very reasonable cost.  
I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.
