"I called at the end of the work day on a Monday. Two of his emergency people were sick and he said he couldn't get to me till after 10 PM. With that being the case, he first asked who else I had called so he could think of who else might be able to help me. After discussing the particulars of the leak (being outdoors and not leaking onto wood, he said he could come the next day. They arrived in a timely manner, replaced the pipe with one less likely to break from freezing and also cleared a stopped gutter drain that I had kept meaning to get cleared. They were very nice and quite reasonable. I would absolutely hire again and they will be my first call for my next emergency plumbing situation."

"What an Amazing Company!! I had a Major Plumbing Issue after my son knocked the top off the toilet and busted the pipe that connects the water in to the wall. I got on Angie List and found Free Emergency Plumber.Com and within a half hour they were at my house. Not only did they fix the leak and the pipe for FREE, but the technician was also able to assist me in getting my house dried out (slightly flooded three or four rooms)! "Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's. No water problems in basement. He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house. Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future. He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation. Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.
