Prior to calilng Fix It Guy I had called 3-4 local places and no one could come until either this Saturday or next Monday afternoon. The guy was here about 32-38 minutes and explained it was the brain board in my <5 year old Kenmore Series 600 washer. The brain board is the... well, brain and buying any kind of brain isn't going to be cheap. The board was roughly $180 and we just felt it was better to buy a new one versus fixing this one.
