"Expedite response from my crashed A/C (dead) in the middle of summer time in Miami (hot and humid) and staying home due to Covid-19 and a family of 4 people. Following repair took the rest of the day, including getting parts, and the unit works fine. I know something if ac units and not one replacement item was unnecessary.
