"The Co. Sends you a pic of the person who will turn up, along with a profile (Family man, Harley rider, likes to fish), and his name & cell ohone number. I liked this a lot. He came earlier than originally scheduled, but they called to get permission first. He was very polite. He explained what happened (a pipe had burst over the winter to one of my two outside spigots because likely water was in the pipe and it froze, expanding the pipe and cracking it). He replaced that section of the pipe and put a turn off on it, so I will easily be able to drain the pipe in the fall. I showed him my other outside spigot , and I was pleased the fellow is honest and said I could add a turn off on this one, too, but it would cost another $450. or not do it, since there is no problem with it currently; besides, this one is just outside the living room wall and we would have to remove a bit of the inside wall to do it. I very much liked that he didn t try to push me into doing that, just to make another sale. That, alone, will get my next job done by this company. The work was fast & good. As far as the $, I didn t get other estimates so I don t know if the $450 I paid is within a normal range, and that s the only reason I gave price a half star less. Otherwise top notch company & work, and I will use them again if necessary."

"Gas line - valves replacement & some gas line disconnected completely. Ryan was the technician who came to my home. Very polite & very respectful. I told him what needed to be done & he set to work & took care of everything. Local gas company had no problem with the job & turned my gas back on. Thank you Ryan. If or when needed in the future, I will call them out again. Also, the office assistant was very polite over the phone."

After finishing the tune up, I shared with him that I can smell gas in the laundry room or outside the house from time to time for the last year. He immediately checked the connections of the pipe for the dryer and found one wasn’t sealed and there was a gas leak. The previous owner had this house for 5 years and probably they experienced the same issue. Sam fixed the issue . "Our MPO handyman completed quite a bit of work in just four hours--it probably would have taken my husband and I at least 12 hours to do everything he did. He loosened a tight hot water faucet handle, insulated some pipes, installed fan switches, repaired broken sink stoppers, and installed many coat hooks in various locations.
Only hiccup was in setting up the appointment. I failed to confirm via email and lost my first appointment slot, but I wish MPO would have tried to confirm with a phone call instead of cancelling me.
