"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

"Devin Nasvaderani (Marel Homes) is, without a doubt, the best contractor with whom I have ever worked. He came into a job that had been royally screwed up by a prior contractor (see review of Stevenson & Sons). He thoroughly inspected the property, prepared a detailed bid, gave us advice on the most important items and delivered a bid that could work with our budget and the existing lender requirements. His entire crew were professional and consciencious. Devin delivered on time, on budget with high quality work. He kept us informed throughout the process. The portico he built is frequently the subject of compliments by our neighbors (and people just driving by). We will use Devin to continue improving our home. He took a nightmare and turned it into the dream home we had hoped for. If you need a great contractor to remodel your home, call Devin at Marvel Homes (the name says it all).

"They were responsive, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to hire again, refer to friends and family. It is difficult to find contractors that you feel confident with in regards to price, quality of workmanship and timeliness. These guys scored an A on all of them. Will have them back to perform more work in the very near future. GREAT GUYS!"

"Sunshine Contracting was truly exceptional on all aspects of this major project from providing ideas, an accurate detailed estimate, status updates to quality installation craftmanship and delivering as promised at a reasonable price. Their in house install team were truly wizards of Hardee siding installation. Installation was completed well within stated expected timeframe, all while resolving intricacies, and attending to final details. Many in the neighborhood have already commented on how well the house turned out - as we are. They were a hats off pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them for any exterior residential work."

"When a contractor left me high and dry with a nearly demolished house Zelaya General construction came to the rescue! The foreman and customer liaison Jorge was patient with my fears and distrust of contractors. Throughout the process, he listened to my needs and completed the work exactly as I asked. He also made gentle recommendations for needed work. Without Jorge’s guidance, I would have never gotten through this entire process."

"Great.  Good job, responsive, priced appropriately.  They repaired all drywall that they had to cut holes in and cleaned up after themselves.  Every time I call them for something I get the same consistently good service."

"After talking to and receiving quotes from 6 contractors we selected BK Contractors (Bret) for our remodel. The project included creating a new home office that needed to be insulated and sound proofed, a home theater, a kid’s playroom, half bath, and craft / arts center. Additionally, the hot water heater needed to be relocated with new plumbing lines run. Bret and his team were very professional and great to work with!!! Starting with the design and contracting process, Bret was easy to work with. He was more than happy to spend as much time as needed to help design the project. Like most people, we had a limited budge. Bret was able to offer options that allowed us to stay within our budge while maximizing our design. As for the contract, Bret’s scope of work and contract was thorough and left no doubt we select the right contractor. Within days of signing the contract Bret had the building permit in order and his guys were hard at work. The framing, electrical and plumbing rough-in were competed within a few weeks. All of his employees are very professional, polite, respect your home as if is it their home. At the end of each day, the work site was swept clean and the trash taken out. Throughout the entire project Bret was ALWAYS available and just a phone call away. I would absolutely recommend BK Contractors and will certainly use him again."

"I would highly recommend Tito for any home project or repair. Tito did a fantastic job on all our projects, was very professional, punctual and has a quality work ethic. Initially hired to install kitchen faucet and repair hole in drywall, but we were so pleased with his work, we had him also replace our outside window trim boards, repair a rotted room bump-out outside, paint dining room and install a light fixture - all done with quality and care. I will definitely hire Tito for all my home improvement projects and home repairs."

"The contractor was prompt, on time and always explained any problems they encountered and what was needed to correct them. The employees where friendly ,courteous and respectful of my property. This contractor goes to the top of my list to be called for any other repairs or projects I may need in the future.

"Juan Carlos is the kind of contractor that some people refer to as "my guy" because my guy can do just about anything I throw at him. But he's more than a contractor that you call my guy. Juan Carlos takes pride in his work. He listens carefully to my needs, answers all of my questions, explains his process, sets expectations, and is amazing at making sure I'm happy with the final product. I believe his prices are fair, his ability to stay on time is excellent, and I have full confidence in all of his abilities. But perhaps my favorite quality, is his personal touch. After each project, he calls to ensure I'm happy. He has come to know my family by name and asks about them often. And after completing my master, he showed his excitement by gifting us our first towel set to hang in the new bathroom! My wife was most excited when he suggested and created a little nook in the corner of the shower just so that she could easily shave her legs. He thinks of everything! I should also share that Juan Carlos not only helped me renovate my master bathroom, but he has also helped me renovate my powder room and helped me repair a leak in my ceiling from a third bathroom, among other things. He truly is "my guy!" And his work is wonderful."
