"Prior to me selecting Aaceâ s heating air conditioning &swamp cooler, I interview (3) other well know AC/heating company and as most knows the â deceptionâ is real! After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!! Aaceâ s heating AC & Swamp cooler they were sooo amazing and I was overjoyed with happiness! Integrity, respect, excellence, and team work they exhibited wellð ð ! I'm very picky and hard too please. I had NO option but to give frank and his team the well deserved compliments they rightfully earned!!!! Without a doubt I would recommend them to my family and friends. "Everything went as smoothly as can be imagined. Darrow was easy to work with when planning the job. He worked with my attention to details as I chose the AC and heating units that I wanted and, at my request, put every detail in writing. It was a big job - completely replacement of two systems on two floors including roof mounted AC and basement and attic furnaces. His crew were respectful, professional and always on time. The work proceeded exactly as it was described. Construction messes were cleaned up at the end of every workday. The work was finished on time. As in every big project, there was a "punch list" of details that needed to be attended to. Darrow came out immediately and took care of ALL the details big and small on the list. The new heating system worked perfectly and efficiently this winter. I'm looking forward to seeing the new AC system work this summer. I spoke to a number of companies and got a number of quotes for the work to be done. Darryl wasn't the least expensive - his quote fell in the middle range -- but he was responsive, adaptable and communicative. Very glad I chose his company for the work."

"I had 4 estimates.  The first vendor said he would be unable to test for leaks and said he would install new system and gave us a one line estimate.

 The second vendor said he could fill with freeon for $800 with no warranty or put in new system for $15k with no itemization,  He only attached a pressure gauge to outside line and was going to charge my very elderly Mom $105.  When I called owner and said that no diagnosis was made and this is ludicrous, he dropped the charge.

 The third vendor spent well over an hour explaining why his company is great and then said the charge would be approximately $9,500.

the fourth vendor was Mick Sinclair and what a completely different experience. I first called and spoke to Nick, his son.  I told him I did not know what to do.  Although both Nick and his Dad were booked solid he said he would get back to me.  Mick called and scheduled an appointment. He measured the pressure and tried to fix the valve. He then actually removed the outer shell of the condensor and noted that the motor was not working at all.  He tried to fix the motor and added a booster to no avail.  He refused to charge anything for the diagnostic and attempted repair - nothing!

Note, that not one of the other three vendors checked the motor.

Mick then said he would email a quote which he did in a very timely manner. His wife sent the email and I spoke to her and she was as nice as Mick and their son, Nick.

Mick spent 1-1/2 days performing the complete installation, including sealing asbestos and many other things.

There are literally no words to explain the excellent service we received from Mick. He is also very kind.

My 92 year old Mom and I are grateful for you.  You are truly a professional.

"Drew Zeller was my technician who performed my first routine maintenance on my new system I purchased and had installed by RKM. Drew, who kept me informed throughout his inspection and testing, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He put his "booties" on before entering the house and was very careful moving his ladder to the upstairs where the air handler was located. He replaced my filters and showed me what they looked like compared to the new filters so that I knew replacement was necessary. My light didn't work in the attic and he went the extra mile by testing my switch to see if I was getting power. I asked him a number of questions concerning my older second unit and he gave me advice that was good to know. Also RKM reminded me of my appointment ahead of time and then called to let me know that Drew would be arriving in 30-45 minutes. Overall, I felt I received exceptional service from RKM as well as from Drew."
