"Came right on time. Installers were friendly and professional."

"I am writing this review after a year because I wanted to test it out and provide an honest review. We replaced our AC unit with a new one with the help of NathanD. He was extremely professional and offered us the best price compared to all the other companies we considered. The installation process only took half a day, and they also installed a Google Nest for us. Additionally, they assisted in fixing our broken circuit board in the garage. Overall, the workmanship was excellent, and NathanD answered all of our questions. He even followed up with us after 2 months to check on our satisfaction. We initially found him through Angie's List."

"Everything went as smoothly as can be imagined. Darrow was easy to work with when planning the job. He worked with my attention to details as I chose the AC and heating units that I wanted and, at my request, put every detail in writing. It was a big job - completely replacement of two systems on two floors including roof mounted AC and basement and attic furnaces. His crew were respectful, professional and always on time. The work proceeded exactly as it was described. Construction messes were cleaned up at the end of every workday. The work was finished on time. As in every big project, there was a "punch list" of details that needed to be attended to. Darrow came out immediately and took care of ALL the details big and small on the list. The new heating system worked perfectly and efficiently this winter. I'm looking forward to seeing the new AC system work this summer. I spoke to a number of companies and got a number of quotes for the work to be done. Darryl wasn't the least expensive - his quote fell in the middle range -- but he was responsive, adaptable and communicative. Very glad I chose his company for the work."

"Setting up the appointment was easy. They offered to come out the next day but I needed to wait until Friday, my day off. Mike showed up on time. Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve."

"Nick Sinclair handled my project. He was really great. I had no clue that you had to have a permit in order to install a furnace or water heater. An inspector came out and told me that I would need a permit. They had to drive from Orange County to Riverside County in order to get the permits. These guys stopped everything, drove out there and took care of all the permits. They installed everything promptly and it was just the perfect job. Their prices are fantastic."

"My A/C unit quit cooling after 16 years of flawless performance, I received quotes on the replacement and I chose RKM for their excellent reviews, the pricing they offered and the warranties. They scheduled the replacement in less than a week and completed their work in one day. Everyone I dealt with from the initial assessment to the installation crew were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our house. There was no sales pressure and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Matthew and Jason provided the utmost customer service as well as the other crew members. RKM exceeded my expectations."

"Excellent customer service and fast! I highly recommend them, if you need a new system or maintenance this is the company to call!!!!"

"Gilbert was great to work with. He was on time and completed all that I needed done, which I included the replacement of a faucet, shower head and handle on a shower door. He also replaced a thermostat, some outdoor lights and repaired some drywall in the garage. I will definitely call Gilbert again when I have house projects."

"Easy and fast installation of a flash water heater for my home. I was very pleased with how they worked around my schedule and finished the job promptly."
