"He came over and saw how I needed the faucet changed out because the previous pipe and connections were corroded being very old. He was very efficient and effective in replacing them, arrrived at a timely manner. David's prices were reasonable as well. I was very satisfied with the job."

"Very impressed with this company and its people. Very prompt in calling me back. It is obvious that they are concerned about their customers and their needs. Spoke to the owner who gave me his opinion of the problem and promptly sent out his repairman who was very polite and knowledgeable (like the owner). He investigated and asked questions before he told me what was wrong and gave me two estimates and helped me decide what we should do. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. I'm very pleased."

"Scheduled a backflow test with this company. The test failed, and they quoted $450 for the repair and retest. I declined, paid the $150 test fee, and contacted two other licensed companies. Both offered straightforward solutions, completed the repair, and included the re-test ? total cost: $200. No complaints about the initial service, but the pricing was excessive compared to the market. I got the job done properly elsewhere for less than half the price. No further discussion needed. I won?t be using this company again."
