"County Appliance did a stellar job on our washer repair. The Owner offered to come out the same day that I called him, found a part that a national repair service said was not available, bought it at a discount, then promptly installed the part. The Owner took a great deal of care to diagnose, repair and test the machine before finishing, and he communicated every step clearly. In fact, he was extraordinarily proactive to stay in touch, explain and provide discounts. I am completely satisfied with the repair and service and extremely strongly recommend County Appliance Repair."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

Here at ACB, we do everything from demolition to whole house renovations.

"I spoke to Vinny on the phone and he was able to troubleshoot and resolve my issue within 10 minutes or so. I have many years of phone technical and customer service support and greatly appreciate his outstanding service and honesty. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs washing machine repair."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"Great staff! They took time out to show us what went wrong and got our dryer fixed quickly.."

"He was on the job for four days, first preparing the damaged areas in two bedrooms and two closets. Then he repaired the plaster, sanded the surfaces, and painted both closets and all of one bedroom and part of the other. First-rate work! Looks wonderful."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."

"The repair person was propmt, completed the washer repair quickly and completed an add-on task on the dryer, which was extremely helpful, and on the weekend! Very pleased with the service."

The tech, Jared was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained some issues with the furnace and did not recommend putting the money into it to fix at this point as the furnace is old but safe and is in working order. He did suggest to replace the furnace in a about a year rather than put 1,000 into it at this point. The furnace is not running efficiently and we know it has not been for quite a while.

Purchasing this house 18 years ago and the furnace being older already , we knew it would have to be replaced eventually.

We are very happy with the service we received and would recommend this company.
