We had an issue with a faucet leaking and it was affecting our ability to have hot water. We called a plumbing company we have used for several years and were told they couldn't get to us for nearly two weeks! We decided to check Angi's list last night and we chose Jack L. Woods Plumbing Company. My husband, Greg, phoned them this morning and even though they said they were quite busy, they would work to fit us in tomorrow morning. But then my husband received a call and was told the plumber, Bill H. was on his way to our home. Bill fixed the issue within a short period of time and the leak stopped. "Because it was a Sunday, their offices were actually closed, but an answering service took our information and a Tech contacted us quickly. My husband explained what was going on. The Tech said he would be happy to come out, but given the description of what was going on, did not have the parts necessary to work on furnace in his truck. He suggested we have someone come out the following day. This made sense and we appreciated his candor. This morning, we received a call before 8 a.m. They said we would have a Tech at the house between 12 & 2. We gave them a cell # and we both went off to work. At 10:30 I received a call from Chad. He was already at the house. I left work and met him at the house. Chad turn the furnace back on from the thermostat before going to the basement. The blower started working again. He tested for carbon dioxide. He looked over the unit and gave me his assessment. I felt it was an honest assessment of the situation. The furnace is currently working, but we have decisions to make as to whether to begin repairs, or if it's time for full replacement. We were charged the normal charge for coming out. Chad was very professional and courteous. I was comfortable with this service and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
