Frank came back with Tyler to do a load estimation to ensure we had the right size unit for our home. Ryan and Rob were our installation crew (along w Clint) and were also very courteous, informative, professional and polite. I also love how every member of the team was so thorough in cleaning up after themselves as well as courteous in taking shoes off when in the house. Brenda from the office was prompt in keeping me informed and very polite every time I called with questions. I love LOVE how they also gave us options for our install so it didn't feel like they were just trying to push the most expensive option on us. "Excellent service. Tech called when he was enroute. Upon arrival he explained what he was going to do & that if he found any issues/problems he would talk to me before doing anything. He did the servicing thoroughly in about an hour. He made one recommendation for a change to the air return but wasn't pushy about it. He said it was just an idea to make changing the filter easier. He also brought up another recommended system change/addition and we discussed future service options. Overall it was very good service. I would use them again."
