He and Jeff together were able to perform the entire repair process including removing and replacing the flooring, jackhammering the slab, and the leak repair itself. "I recommend harvey as we called him at 10 pm for a busted water pipe in my moms house he answer my call and stated dont worry im on my way he then turn off the main water valve told my mom dont worry you be ok he found the broken pipe went to his van got materials needed and fix the problem my mom was back up and running he then clean up the water on the floor dried up the area turn on the water and told my mom all set. "I had a technician from AJ Perry who gave me very expensive and ONLY option to fix shower faucet. The sleeve in the shower faucet won't come out because its badly corroded so he said he has to open the wall and replace whatever etc. etc. Worth $2100 to fix!! Thank goodness the receptionist in Rich plumbing called ( i used homeadvisor) and scheduled the visit the next day. The technician came and started to work on it. He cut the sleeve, replaced cartridge w/o a hitch but for the life of him he can't put the faucet back correctly. The faucet opens to very hot water and turns to very cold. It was reversed. He said he hasn't seen anything like this. He had been in the house almost 3 hours so i told him that's okay reversed. We'll just try to live with it. When he left I called their office and asked them to fix this correctly by a different technician because this poor guy really tried and it won't budge. Two techs came the ff. day troubleshoot it immediately and fixed it . I'm happier. Very responsive company, good price, good service from receptionist to techs. I recommend"
