They weren't afraid to let me know why a certain idea would or wouldn't work. And then we worked together to make final decisions. Another thing was on occasion, Davin would have me come check colors, or the look of something before they got too far, to ensure I was happy. If something needed tweaking, they didn't hesitate. I highly recommend this company!"

"Job was for electric water heater replacement. Northeast had the best price among the 3 contractors contacted. Service call was on time. He forgot to connect an overflow drain pipe to the temperature expansion valve on the water heater. I called, and he came back the next morning and installed it. Piping looked sloppy and unprofessional due to him using stainless steel braided inlets to water heater instead of copper pipes. However, everything functions properly."
