Sussex plumbing promised to come out, showed up on time, promptly fixed the leak and did a quick repair on the shutoff valve. They planned to come out the day before we were to get a new refrigerator to replace the faulty valve and did not charge for this urgent repair at that time. Instead Sam told us Cindy would give us a quote the following Monday that would include the urgent repair and the work required for the replacement valve.
