"After checking the reviews here, we called AAA Basement Waterproofing to inquire about a crawl space that was getting wet. We talked to Donna & she scheduled an appointment for Jeff to come out & give us an estimate. 
Jeff showed up right on time & proceeded to check out our crawl space for water damage. After he surveyed the inside & outside areas, he gave us idea's on how we could fix the problem ourselves. He pointed out several things that we could do, such as grading behind the house & redirecting  our downspouts from our eaves troughs. He told us exactly the kind of PVC pipe that we needed to run a drain from the corner of the crawl space. On top of all that, he gave us printed instructions, with a list of needed supplies, on completing the job from start to finish, saving us a lot of money. Jeff is a very honest man! "By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. "Instead of charging me a lot of money, the guy let me know it would be better to have someone pull out the drywall to see if there was mold.  I thought it was good service.  He could have just came out and charged me $500.00 for nothing.  I appreciated him being honest even at the detriment of losing service."
