"The whole process when extremely well. Communication was good too. I had originally wanted the patio off of the house. Lon Pinckard came out and surveyed the whole area - factoring elevation, shade, practicality, etc. He suggested putting the patio against the house. This meant I was going to lose my nice bed of Jasmine, but it was definitely the right call. Lon gave me an estimate right on the spot. It was lower than a couple of other places I contacted. Lon and his crew were on time and professional. The size of the patio is 17x18. They were able to install the patio in one day! The crew cleaned up everything very nicely. The Oklahoma flagstone patio is beautiful! I would highly recommend Pinckard Landscape Services for any of your landscape needs."

"The process went mostly smoothly. The initial estimate was done, but after having several estimates, it became clear there was a math error from TPC, but Ramone came out quickly to fix it. We picked our granite, and Ramone was very understanding when I had to repeatedly reschedule due to an injury I had sustained when building and installing the cabinetry (nothing too serious). The team had to review our kitchen again to ensure everything would fit as expected, as they were not sure if they were going to be able to have the grain flow in the same direction throughout the kitchen. Unfortunately, that led to TPC rescheduling with us, which they communicated poorly. However, they did a great job when they came out, and were very professional and courteous."

Brian and his crew were great.  I called two other companies who couldn't even come to give us a bid for several days to a couple weeks.  Brian came out and met with us the next day.  He talked with us about what he saw as problems that needed to be addressed as well as what we saw.  We also talked with him about other yard / home projects that we wanted to do and worked a deal for him to not only do the masonry work but also clear / pour a pad in our yard for a shed to be build.

 Having had our kitchen recently remolded in our home and working with a company that turned out to be less than professional, reliable or timely I was leery about hiring a company to do work on our home.  I was fearing another headache.  What I got from Brian and his crew was exactly the opposite.  The gentleman who came to work on our home showed up a day early to start the work.  They were timely throughout the job, cleaned up after themselves each day and provided us with the work we agreed upon in a very timely manner.  I would have no trouble referring Stonemastertx to any of our family or friends.  We look forward to having Brian and do future work for us as we look to landscape our yard and pool area.
