"Water proofing very good results. BUT Caution regarding floor repair from ANY contractor. Make sure you discuss what the floor repair will look like. Mine is not level, and Much rougher Than original floor. Another contractor said it was better than He typically sees. This was done several years ago. Sorry about the late review."

"We engaged groundworks to install hydraulic piers under cracked and sagging garage floors. Our terrific install team of Marc and Brandon performed a detailed analysis after they arrived, including drilling and measuring our slab depths along the sinking wall. They determined that unfortunately our slab itself was variable in depth and not thick enough throughout to support the work of hydraulic piers. Instead they were able do foam injections throughout to both give 30-50% of the targeted lift and provide additional slab depth and support to prevent future cracking. It wasn't what we hoped, but they did a great job of explaining the limitations of our site and providing the best intervention possible, all at a greatly reduced cost! Thanks, Marc and Brandon!!"

They finished the project 2 weeks after booking. The workmen were effiecent, made sure to cover everything so nothing got covered with dust, they even swept! "Shane, the plumber, cleared the drain clog. He was friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Shane estimated it would take an hour and it took only about half an hour. I was then charged a ridiculous $830. I feel I was way overcharged and am not happy with this. I do not recommend Dean's Home Services."
