"After some heavy rain we had water in a corner of the basement. I contacted Randy for an estimate. He arrived promptly and was very knowledge about our problem and how to fix it. He also had some suggestions on landscaping. He provided an estimate on the spot which was less than we expected. He also provides a guarnetee that his fix will solve the problem. <br /> His crew showed up the next week (very quick response time from estimate to work completion). There were about 5 people doing the work under Randy's supervision. It took them about 3 hours to do the work.
