"Completely useless visit. I requested a water softener repair. The technician tested the water and discovered that it was hard (I knew this already because the water softener wasn't working). He pushed buttons on the control valve of the water softener and discovered that it wasn't working (I already knew this). They couldn't repair the water softener because it wasn't "their" equipment (brand and model was noted in the repair request, so they presumably already knew they wouldn't be able to repair, but came anyway). The technician volunteered to send a plumber and a sales consultant. Don't waste your $98 on Aquarius. This company is a complete scam. "

"I had a pipe split in the basement ceiling in the evening. Fortunately I was home to shut off the water a few minutes after it started, but it created stains on an 8’ x 10’ section of the sheetrock ceiling. I envisioned needing to tear down the ceiling and it was difficult to figure out where the leak was coming from above the ceiling. The next morning I called Mark and he was able come over later that morning. He went out of his way to minimize the number of cuts he had to make and he gave me suggestions that I could follow to dry the water and fix the stains. He worked hard to minimize the mess that was created while cutting the sheetrock and locating the leak. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in a little over an hour and the bill was lower than I expected. With his suggestions, I’m able to do the rest of the work on my own. I will be contacting Aqueduct Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. Thank you Mark!"

"They showed up on time, explained what they would be doing, what they might find and what that would mean. They used professional equipment throughout, and It took two days, but the problem was resolved. They dug down to 7.5 feet (which was under the gas line!) and had to extend their initial excavation two times. Much dirt moved. The hole was filled in with the dirt taken out, but it was higher than the rest of the lawn, and will take about 12 months to settle back, as we've got clay in St. Anthony Village. I was expecting this."
