By 4pm that same day Jordan replaced the heater and removed the old unit. A very clean and professional install. Boston Standard gave me an estimate after emailing them a few photos of my existing setup, and came out to replace it the next morning. Their estimate came in lower than another company I looked at by a fair amount. They also gave me a discount on a scratched water heater they had on hand that another customer rejected. The were prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly. I will absolutely hire them again for my plumbing needs."

"I had two jobs one was very good as the senior plumber installed the new water line for fridge for the regular price and brought the connection valve which I asked for and hooked it up the second day. The second job to install the toilet was done by a young man. It leaked from the toilet right away. They came back and the senior plumber tightened things up. It did not work and they have not responded. With toilet fluids leaking onto me good floor. I hired another plumber who took the toilet off the floor and showed me the broken flange that should have been replaced. Toilet was sitting on it and having been separated from old toilet was stuck to it most probably. It was no good. He came back and changed it and reinstalled the toilet. It does not leak. That should have been obvious to any untrained eye. A plumber would have seen it. The young man was getting trained. The senior plumber should have taken toilet off.
