"I called Weathershield because the pipes in the ceiling were dripping water from condensation and had ruined several placed on my ceiling.  Some of the vents themselves were "sweating".  Elizabeth answered (very professional and very delightful to deal with!) and I explained the problems.  When the technicians arrived they were very professional and soon identified the problem.  They removed the evaporator coil which turned out to be extremely dirty and used a special chemical to remove all of the dirt and debris from the unit.  They also removed the blower wheel and housing and thoroughly cleaned the blower wheel, motor and housing.  They performed a condenser flush and checked and adjusted the freon levels.  They stayed and made sure the unit was cooling properly.  I am so very satisfied with the service from this provider and the price !!!  I will definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who asks !

We were returning to our Coral Springs home after having rented the property for 7 years.  While our tenants were great, they did have a dog and there were several areas where stains were visible on both ceramic tile grout lines and carpet in the master bedroom.
Fairway Cleaning arrived on time for their estimate appointment, measured the job for the tile cleaning, and gave us an estimate on the cleaning.  During the discussion, we discovered they also could handle the carpet cleaning and agreed to include this in their estimate for cleaning the ceramic tile without increasing the estimate.
They arrived on time and did an excellent job.  Place looks like the tile had just been laid.
