"I called Weathershield because the pipes in the ceiling were dripping water from condensation and had ruined several placed on my ceiling.  Some of the vents themselves were "sweating".  Elizabeth answered (very professional and very delightful to deal with!) and I explained the problems.  When the technicians arrived they were very professional and soon identified the problem.  They removed the evaporator coil which turned out to be extremely dirty and used a special chemical to remove all of the dirt and debris from the unit.  They also removed the blower wheel and housing and thoroughly cleaned the blower wheel, motor and housing.  They performed a condenser flush and checked and adjusted the freon levels.  They stayed and made sure the unit was cooling properly.  I am so very satisfied with the service from this provider and the price !!!  I will definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who asks !

"Energy Sheriffs arrived on time for the initial appointment and were very professional. Sal Cavalieri, owner and his employee wore covers over their shoes to insure they did not track dirt into the house. Sal took the time to explain the initial process and spent a few hours in the house reviewing each area of the house for air leaks. They also examined the attic for sufficient insulation.



After the initial testing, Sal explained to me and showed me the areas that needed sealing and the processes that they would use to do the sealing.  Sal also explained to me what he would do with the doors that it as obvious there were air leaks (I could see daylight around the doors)



Sal also gave me in writing the checklist he made with the recommendations to save energy.  The initial testing was $99 for Angies List members and Sal gave me a discount for the $99 so essentially the initial examination was free. The total cost of the repairs was $1035 which included sales tax.   I then contracted Energy Sheriffs to come back on 22OCT to do the work. I gave Sal a 50% deposit.



On 22OCT13, Sal and his employee arrived on time and proceeded to work. They worked all day long and were extremely professional, doing their work and trying to minimize any disruption to me and my family. Sal contacted me when he wanted to either show me something or he needed me to do something.  Sal and his employee had total respect and professionalism while doing the work. You could see that he loves what he does (how refreshing)



After working all day on 22OCT13, Sal and his employee had to return on 23OCT13 to finish the doors. Once again ,they arrived on time and did a fantastic job on both the door leading to the garage and the front door. The garage door is now self closing and both doors are now completely sealed of air leaks.



Sal also installed a Carbon Dioxide alarm that he suggested I buy in the garage.



After they finished, Sal reviewed and showed me everything that they did. There were no surprises, no hidden charges and all work was professionally done.  I told Sal that in one year I would contact him to show him how much money I saved on my electric bill. I am also totally confident that if I need him to redo any work in the future, it will be done promptly and the matter resolved to my satisfaction.



Energy Sheriffs and Sal are professional, they love what they do and perform a very valuable service. Not only will the work pay for itself within 3-4 years, I am no longer wasting valuable energy.

"I believe this was my 5th Fairway experience and I couldn't be more pleased. My previous experiences had been on carpeting 15-17 years old with additional challenges of puppy training over the years-twice-and 2 adultdogs over the same period of time. The dogs have all been chow chows-double coated, very furry and also as I affectionately but truthfully call them- my filthy beasts. The cleaning done from carpet age years 15-my first experience-through year 17 were amazing. Carpets were grubby, hairy, dirty and literally appeared nearly new each time Fairway left. About a year and a half ago I finally replaced the old carpeting and called Fairway to clean it for the holidays. They did a superb job-again. In addition one of the furry beasts scarfed down a miniature snickers bar from the ground after Halloween before I could grab it and while fortunately there were no health issues, there was an extremely unpleasant digestive issue two days later. Although I was able to surface clean it, I really appreciated Fairway's initiative to additionally attack and deep clean the area with enzyme to avoid potential future issues. I highly recommend Fairway Cleaning-they consistently prove themselves to be prompt, professional, and go above and beyond for the customer. In addition, I am still impressed that they always give me the Angie's list discount without any prompting or reminding-which demonstrates integrity.
