"Their customer service was great and they explained everything to me very well. They replaced my 10 year old water heater very quickly and I had to go 0 days without a hot shower. Very professional would recommend"

"I was very impressed with this company. My old water heater quit working. I contacted Riethco and they gave me a quote over the phone and within a couple of hours I had a new one installed (on a Saturday). Very professional install and hauled away the old water heater."

"The company was very responsive via email to supply information on the various options for a new thermostat. I was most interested in a web-enabled model. Installation was smooth and easy, though the technician showed up at my house without the required hardware and had to wait for someone to deliver it to him. They also came one hour later than scheduled, causing me to miss more work than I should have. I called about 15 minutes after the appointment time and was told that they they always call the customer while on the way, but that was not told to me when I scheduled the appointment. I set a time, not a range.
I have subsequently learned that if I had purchased this thermostat myself and then called the company only to install it, the price may have been as much as $200 difference. So their markup is absurdly high. Lesson learned.
