"We just had our new Moisture Shield composite deck installed by The Deck & Patio Company and couldn’t be more pleased! From start to finish, this company is five star. From working with the Sales Rep, Tom, to the Project Manager, Martin, the owner, Jed and installers Jimmy and Pedro, these guys are all perfectionists and know what they’re doing. They tore out our existing deck that was only 7 years old, already rotting and a liability to walk on. They had to start from scratch to rebuild our 455 sq. ft. deck. The installers cleaned up every day before they left and never left anything laying around the yard. They worked hard every day for 14 days and worked in everything from 83 degree weather to temps in the low 40’s (this is Texas, after all ?). These gentlemen cared about their work and it showed in their craftmanship and attention to detail. We highly recommend The Deck & Patio Company for your outdoor needs. They are a well-oiled machine and the entire process was smooth and painless. We would hire them again for future projects."

He came out multiple times to test how the problem was affecting the area and then came up with a solution that works fantastic! The crew was easy to have around and respectful of our home. "We contacted Charles for an estimate to replace the roof on our outdoor kitchen/pergola.  His estimate was in line with other estimates we received and we were quite impressed with the knowledge that Charles exhibited.  When we told him that we wanted our polycarbonite roof replaced he knew exactly what we were talking about.

A week or two after the roof had been replaced, Charles emailed me asking if everything was okay with the roof.  We had not had any rain to speak of at that point so I told him the next time it rained we would double check.  Very refreshing to have someone check on their work.

Well, the huge rains occurred here in Spring, Texas and there were a couple of leaks.  I contacted Charles and very quickly he responded and sent his crew out to make repairs.  This was at a time when all the flooding took place and I'm sure they were very busy but he took the time to make repairs on a project that he had already been paid for.  I cannot say enough good things about him and his crew's professionalism.  When we get ready to remodel the outdoor kitchen, Charles will be the first call I place!
