"Andrey with Restoration Techs performed services above and beyond expectations. Was extremely prompt from initial contact through documenting everything in great detail. Asked for him to return multiple times for follow up and was always here the same or early the next day. Would absolutely recommend Restoration Techs to anyone looking for similar services. Extremely pleased with our experience."

"Christopher came out and found where it was coming from and made sure it was a small area but said they'd have to open up a wall to see how far back it went. He also identified where the water was coming from. My husband (who is handy) opened up the wall and repaired the leak. Christopher came back out to bid the project. After reviewing what my husband had opened up and removed, he was able to determine we did not need any work done and could patch it back up. Didn't charge us anything. The staff was responsive, Christopher was thorough (checking other rooms including downstairs ceiling area) and professional. We would definitely hire them if the mold had extended further - and are grateful for the knowledge and peace of mind that they provided to us."

"Replaced the Water heater and sump pump under the house. Lot of work but got it done in one day."

"Oregon Restoration was easy to work with. Riley Reed was my point of contact and he was great. He kept me informed throughout and made sure the restoration was completed in a timely manner."

"Advanced Recovery was here for a water leak that happened earlier this year. They came in, handled the job quickly and at a price that seemed appropriate. No water problems since."

"AAA service, the crew was great from initial inspection to the final quality check!"

"Ken came out to our house. He arrived on time. He was professional and pleasant. We really appreciated how he took the time to provide us with thoughtful information to address our problem! We would absolutely go through Oregon Restoration again, though we will cross our fingers that we never need to (at least for water damage)!"

"Quick in and out and tested both before he left on water pressure and leaking. Will be our plumbing service for sure. Got 4 bids and this was great"
