I called this morning and the male in the service department said I had to pay $125.00 for them to fix the self, I thought it was a lifetime guarantee, he said just the material, not the labor and over a recorded line I ask so the labor is not good, he said correct. I like the shower but, the installation is not as it seems in the TV commercial. "

"This was an urgent and critical need as a large chunk of the deck and walkway to the beach was taken away by a storm leaving a dangerous drop to the beach. Realizing the urgency due to a now dangerous situation (and renters on the schedule), Carson replaced the deck/walkway with proper marine grade materials and it’s beautiful- better than ever.
