"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."

When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Since this was an emergency (we were concerned that the pipe might crack with no support) we went with Universe as that was the first company we contacted. The service manager (Tommy) sent over a tech (Nick) within 2 hours. Nick proceeded to remove 20ft of old pipe and replaced with new PVC and new support straps. The job took about 5 hours including the assessment and cleanup. The service was performed very professionally. We did pay $2,700, which we feel was a quite high for 5 hours of work. But, since we didn't get competing bids we can't complain."

"Braido is a nice family run company.  I had the original 25 year old furnace and AC. I has the last house on the block to replace them.  Needed to get it done before winter.  They showed up the day I called for an estimate, took measurements, checked old system and discussed in detail my options for a replacement system.   No pressure to sell me the best as we will down size in a few years. A few days later quotes for two systems arrived. I was able to scheduled an installation that fit my schedule.  It was your typical one day job.  Everything went smoothly with the installation, and the old hardware was taken away.  I like this company and recommend them, I give them and A.
