I've done my own plumbing on my house this last 20 some odd years and qm getting on am an old man now, I trusted Burris right off, it took some time as my house has pipes from 1908 everyone got along the job is perfect they even asked me to have the gas co come out and recheck. He provided me with a quote that seemed very pricey at that moment in time in comparison to other quote I got earlier from another plumbing company, who gave a quote without opening it up. After seeing the amount of work it took almost the whole day, the price seemed reasonable. Apparently they didn’t make the part anymore, and the replacement part didn’t fit perfectly well, but he got it to work at the end of the day. But there was no hot water the following day when we took a shower so he returned and spent another half day to get it to work. I really appreciate that he came by immediately to rectify the problem and complete the job. "
