"I was surprised that Mike answered my phone call on a Sunday after 5PM when my hot water heater broke. We agreed he would come Monday morning. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. My hot water heater had to be ordered as it is an older type of system. The next day, I noticed some leaking. Mike's son came out and stopped the leak and was able to restore hot water to our house (we have a 2 tank system) while we waited for the new one to arrive. The new tank arrived and they very promptly got it installed for us. I had been using a larger plumbing company that always charged an exorbitant fee just to show up at my front door. PMK Plumbing did NOT nickle and dime me like the larger plumbing companies do. I am delighted to find a personal, independent plumbing company for my future plumbing needs! Mike called me after the installation to make sure everything was working well and verify we were satisfied. I whole heartedly recommend PMK Plumbing!"

"It went well originally. I had a hose bib replacement done from one of your companies. Southern plumbing. They replaced my hose bib. Worked for a couple of months Then it started leaking out of the top. Leaking profusely. They came and “fixed” it. A couple of months afterwards when I tried to use it today Not working properly. Leaking out of the top. I feel like I was scammed and the work was done insufficiently. How do we remedy this because I’m no longer interested in them servicing this. It needs to be done correctly by an actual plumbing company that can do the work. I’ll never trust Angi for any home projects I have. Throughly aggravated."

Customers who paid deposits have been waiting for months for materials to be ordered and are still waiting. Vendors and sub contractors are owed large amounts of money. Frank has been dishonest and not trust worthy. I understand the company needs new employees but it’s disturbing to know that the previous employees are still owed for their time and effort. I do not recommend supporting this type of company. I’m quite confused to how they have a 4 star rating after working here for almost 2 years I know how many customers were left unsatisfied."

Our original consultant Rochelle went above and beyond from anyone else we interviewed before signing with this company. She spent more time with us in our first consultation than 4 other companies combined. She made suggestions for the layout and really helped my vision come to life. The owner Bob was very hands on and helped ease my fears taking on this enormous finance and project. I can not say enough how wonderful the work Counter-vations provided. The crew was always respectful, professional, and did amazing work. Communication between the design company, the subcontractors and myself did have some let downs and I felt that we didn’t always have a plan for the day to day and what to expect. There were some problems with the renovation making it go much longer than originally estimated. However, when problems did arise solutions were found and overall we were happy with everything. I am in love with the final product."
