"I called Plumb Magic primarily to see if my hot water heater could be repaired.  I made an appointment between 1 and 3.  I received a call from the company about 2:10 stating that they would be down before 3:00.  They diagnosed the hot water heater problem and told me that it had to be replaced. They also diagnosed the pressure tank problem.  I set up an appointment for the pressure tank for Saturday morning. I was trying to hold out for the hot water heater in order to claim it on my insurance.  Before leaving on Friday, the technician stated that if I changed my mind concerning the water heater, to please call and he emphasized that the price would be the same.  The next morning I turned on the water and the hot water heater, but had no hot water.  This was about 8:00 AM.  I knew the technician would be leaving soon.  I called and left a message that I also wanted the hot water heater.  I got a call back within 15 minutes  and he said that he would pick it up and bring it with him.  He arrived about 0930.  He replaced everything including the hot water heater and pipes connecting pipes the water heater plus other pipes.  He added cutoff switches to the pipes going into and out of the hot water tanks, in case I ever needed to bypass the heater; I am on a well.  He replaced the regulator switch for the pressure tank, ensured all joints were sealed and not leaking, and the tank was producing hot water and left within two hours.  He added that if I ran into any problems, to please call day or night.  I was very pleased with the service and the price charged, and will not hesitate to call in the future,
