Sergio provided us a range of options and patiently answered all our questions. We agreed to also install a pressure regulating valve and a home filtration system. The Tankless Guys team was punctual on the day we began the work. They did the best they could to minimize disruptions, letting us know when we would have a water interruption and returning it as soon as possible. I was impressed by their professionalism, communication throughout the project, and attention to detail. They took their time to clean up the area they were working on at the end of the day, covering potential hazards and marking them off, and organizing the space to begin the next day. The team did uncover a couple of issues in our older home, which caused the project to take a little longer. They did not cut corners - Sergio, Daniel and Ray took their time to fix the issues so the installations could be installed properly and up to code, and to avoid other problems in the future. We are thrilled with the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the peace of mind that our home is safe again. It was a pleasure to work with the Tankless Guys!
