"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They called me that very afternoon and came out that evening I found out it was a fan motor and they said they would get it that Monday no later than Wednesday. 3 weeks when by and I hadnâ t heard anything so I hired someone else to repair it and that very week I finally heard from them saying they had the motor. This furnace has not been extensively serviced other than yearly 'tune ups' so he had a big undertaking. He got it going and did quite a few updates in fittings etc that needed to be done, as well as reommend some additional work to get it running safely and efficiently. I can highly recommend John as the cost of his labor was very reasonable, and you can trust that he has your best interest at heart. I'll be keeping him on retainer for yearly per-season service. "I called Mike in the morning just hoping he would be able to come by and give me an estimate in a day or two. He said he would be working in my area and would call me that afternoon when he was clear. He called me back exactly when he said he would and arrived within 30 minutes. He gave me a quick estimate which was a fair price for the work to be done. It was late in the afternoon but he said he would do the job while he was there. He was very careful not to harm the siding on the house or my plants and flowers. He finished just before dark. It wasn't  until the next day that I could see what a good job he did. All the mold, mildew and dirt was gone and the house and decks looked great. I was very pleased with his work. Would definitely hire Mike again and would recommend him to my friends."
