"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Good communication, professional quality work, didn't push to sell useless extended warranties that never seems to cover the reasons for the repairs. 1930's bungalow style home approx 1000 square feet always dependant on monitor heater or window unit air conditioning, either way cold in winter and hot in summer, very comfortable climate control now year round, no worries of running out of fuel for heat and cost wise very reasonable price."

"I needed to search for a new local service man for a very old oil furnace in an old house. Found John here after a quick Google search and seeing the reviews on him. Plus that he specifically has oil furnace listed in his repair schedule. So far my dad and I couldn't be more pleased. He reached out to me, actually within a couple hours upon my inquiry online. Friendly, professional, punctual. He kept me updated frequently on the status of some repair parts that needed to be ordered. This furnace has not been extensively serviced other than yearly 'tune ups' so he had a big undertaking. He got it going and did quite a few updates in fittings etc that needed to be done, as well as reommend some additional work to get it running safely and efficiently. I can highly recommend John as the cost of his labor was very reasonable, and you can trust that he has your best interest at heart. I'll be keeping him on retainer for yearly per-season service. "After filling our an emergency need for HVAC repair as our unit wasn't working we received a call within minutes. Literally it was that fast. The guys from Good Guys stopped by that very afternoon as they said they would and diagnosed our unit. The coil and fan had to be replaced. Matthew gave us a price and a date they could come and do the work and they kept their word on both accounts --- something not all companies in the area can seem to manage. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and the work done and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.
