"Jamal was very thorough in checking our system and performing our maintenance. He also let us know if there were any issues or recommendations without trying to sell us in services. Jamal went the extra mile and even fixed some wiring that wasn’t installed correctly from a prior technician. If you use Brother’s, ask for Jamal when scheduling your service. He was a pleasure to talk with and learn from while our system maintenance was being performed. 5 star service!!!"

"One of my AC units was not working correctly so as always I went to Angi to find someone qualified to do the work. CALL DAD HVAC called me right away and said they could come out that afternoon but due to my schedule had to wait until the next morning. Daniel arrived here promptly and worked all day until all the work was completed to my satisfaction and approval. I was so pleased with the work I decided to sign up for a year's contract with them which was very reasonably priced. If someone needs any HVAC services/repairs I highly recommend CALL DAD!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They called me that very afternoon and came out that evening I found out it was a fan motor and they said they would get it that Monday no later than Wednesday. 3 weeks when by and I hadnâ t heard anything so I hired someone else to repair it and that very week I finally heard from them saying they had the motor. No calls, emails or texts saying anything. Thatâ s just bad business. The guy who cam out was very kind."

"I needed to search for a new local service man for a very old oil furnace in an old house. Found John here after a quick Google search and seeing the reviews on him. Plus that he specifically has oil furnace listed in his repair schedule. So far my dad and I couldn't be more pleased. He reached out to me, actually within a couple hours upon my inquiry online. Friendly, professional, punctual. He kept me updated frequently on the status of some repair parts that needed to be ordered. This furnace has not been extensively serviced other than yearly 'tune ups' so he had a big undertaking. He got it going and did quite a few updates in fittings etc that needed to be done, as well as reommend some additional work to get it running safely and efficiently. I can highly recommend John as the cost of his labor was very reasonable, and you can trust that he has your best interest at heart. I'll be keeping him on retainer for yearly per-season service. Can highly recommend him!"

"Very helpful and efficient. Happy with the service and would highly recommend."

"Will have them again if needed. Fast service. Very professional. Thank you for the service"

"I called Mike in the morning just hoping he would be able to come by and give me an estimate in a day or two. He said he would be working in my area and would call me that afternoon when he was clear. He called me back exactly when he said he would and arrived within 30 minutes. He gave me a quick estimate which was a fair price for the work to be done. It was late in the afternoon but he said he would do the job while he was there. He was very careful not to harm the siding on the house or my plants and flowers. He finished just before dark. It wasn't  until the next day that I could see what a good job he did. All the mold, mildew and dirt was gone and the house and decks looked great. I was very pleased with his work. Would definitely hire Mike again and would recommend him to my friends."

"I believe they are honest and trustworthy. They did not try to upsell me products or services I do not need."
