He was knowledgeable about AC and electric, educating my husband and I regarding the different systems available, cost and efficiency. He and his 2 guys arrived the following week on time and finished the job in less time than estimated. Will was skillful, clean, respectful and friendly. He was genuinely concerned with the quality of his work and assisted us in setting the smart thermostat and returned upon request at no extra charge to adjust the vents to balance the air flow in all the upstairs bedrooms. I would highly recommend him to others and have given his card out to friends and family already."

"On a Saturday afternoon, I reached out to Tavoni Heating about replacing a hot water heater. I heard back quickly--and I was able to schedule installation of a replacement heater for the next day (a Sunday morning) at no extra charge. Mr. Tavoni took the time to explain the installation process in detail. His work was thorough and reasonably priced (I had estimates from other contractors). The unit is quality construction--and it comes with a six-year warranty. Tavoni has taken a water sample and he's agreed to help me explore the possibility of also installing a water-filtration system for my home."

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
