"replace entire HVAC. system. they were great guys to work with. They didn't even mind that they spend most of the day in the crawl space in order to replace the furnace!"

"Dalton from Dauenhaur plumbing was excellent. Customer service interactions were great. Overall good experience at a good price (in my opinion)."

"They did a really good job with the actual work. My problem was that they opened a half gallon of milk in a fridge (in the storage room where the furnace is) where my wife and I store our extra food/drinks. Had they asked for something to drink I would have gladly provided it, however it is beyond unprofessional to help yourself while you're at a customers house. I called the manager/owner to explain that while I was satisfied with the work product but was very disappointed that I didn't trust them enough to welcome them back into my house. The manager said he would research it and follow up with me but I never heard back. The concerning part is that these people were in my house for close to five hours. Who knows what else they helped themselves to. As I said, very good at their job but unfortunately don't trust them at all."

"Very expensive service... I was charged 210 dollars for 5-minute reprogramming of my new ecobee4 thermostat. I requested a technician to come to check my Air conditioner as my electric bill was higher compared to the last year.. he found nothing wrong with the system. I suggested to him that it might be the newly installed ecobee4 thermostat. He checked the wiring was good. He found out that it's set up to auxiliary heat as primary and reprogrammed it and charged me 210 dollars without letting me know it will be that expensive prior to the reprogramming... Imagine, 5-minute setup of the thermostat and they charge you 210 dollars.. I will never recommend them to anyone"

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"Time was not as promised due to over scheduling but, service man called! good job."

"Our HVAC system was 24 years old when Steve assessed our needs and listened to what we were looking for in a new HVAC system. His recommendations, costs, warranty, and commitment for any follow up services, were exactly what we were looking for! We spoke with several satisfied customers and were absolutely convinced to go with Tri State Mechanical Consultants and Steve! Steve was very patient with me as I asked dozens of questions while he installed our new systems. To this day, Steve will call to see if I have any questions or issues. I highly recommend this company and Steve!"

"Excellent communication, prompt, polite, speedy diagnosis and resolution and affordable. Would utilize again and recommend to family and friends."

"Ronnie was very knowledgeable about our A/C system. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes of arriving. Ronnie gave us several options on repairing or replacing our unit. No high pressure just facts. We will definitely use him again. Polite and very helpful"

"

This provider is wonderful. I use them for a lot of work around the house. They have helped with my A/C and furnace, and have also taken a look at some plumbing clogs.

The provider also provides helpful hints and tips for maintenance I can do throughout the year.
