"I would advise making sure you understand scope of work that mold remediation services perform in general. They do not replace or repair anything damaged by mold; they remove the mold and damaged areas, treat those areas and provide certification of areas as mold-free for purpose of legal compliance needs. I had to have a separate firm/handyman service do the new drywall for damaged areas, reinstall appliances and cabinets, and repair/rebuild new cabinet flooring. They did a great job but I didnâ t verify exactly what the extent of work would be."

I went back to A.L. and saw the same exact service for $211.00. we contacted them and they mailed out a quote for around $400. I don't get why they would have such a disparaging price difference"
