Justin was great at diagnostics, parts order and replacement of the Heat Exchanger of Pentair Hybrid heater last year. He was to then do the automation part but didn't progress much because of his decision to change career. I have been following up ever since with numerous calls and text and voice mails but no response. Finally got to talk to Larry who said they can't support me anymore as they don't have the bandwidth. "The work was fantastic! Craig's team did the entire job in about 3 weeks time and there was a lot to do. We regraded our backyard as it has dips and valleys that caused large pools of water to form. He then added on a 600sq ft patio, stepping stones, gravel in our side yard landing, added sculpted beds to the outer edges, planted privacy and cherry trees and put in drainage from our home to the yard to help with any excess water issues. I can't say enough about how wonderfully the work turned out. We love our backyard!"
