"Excellent. Waylon and his team were very professional, answered all questions I had and performed superb service. Within the past year, I have had a few issues with my HVAC system. First go around, I contacted a different company who came by to access the issue and repair. For the time and labor involved (less than an hour) I feel I paid an outrageous amount but it needed to be done (summer time in the Panhandle of FL). The second issue, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor was handled by Waylon at H&W. Again another less than hour job to access and fix the issue but this time Waylon explained why this fix would be a "Band-Aid" to a bigger problem and advised looking into replacing my unit soon due to it's age and wear. All in all this cost me a third of the price from the previous visit by the other company. Fast forward to this past week, I contacted H&W and another company to get a quote for HVAC replacement. The first company came by and gave a detailed review of what would be done. H&W did the same but forwarded me the quote same day. The other company didn't get back to me until 3 days later, needless to say they missed out. Waylon and his professional team came by and completed the job, ran through everything they took care of and even followed up on additional questions I had at the end. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you do not contact them for any HVAC issue, big or small."

"If there were an A+++ rating we would give it to these guys. The house is literally sparking. Having preschool age twins and both of us working / going to school full time we were just not able to give the house the attention it so desperately needed. They took down the HVAC vents and hand washed them all, they cleaned all the corners and crevices with toothbrushes, they waxed the hardwood floors before they left. Extra little touches included carefully arranging the kids' stuffed animals, arranging their toys in their playroom, remaking all the beds, and even taking care of laundry before I could get to the washing machine when it beeped. They are very professional and polite. We are so happy with the results we are going to have regular cleanings now from Amazon. We highly recommend these wonderful people!

"Daniel worked me into their schedule very quickly and Kevin, the Operations Manager called when he was 10 minutes out. He arrived right on time and was exceptional. He took a lot of his time to explain the workings of the two thermostats, the A/C unit and what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and could have ripped me off like some businesses do. He did not. He welcomed us to the new community (we just moved) and he did not charge us for his patient tutoring. I would trust him and this company for future service. "We had many issues with our computer - primarily with the CD/DVD drive and iTunes. Jim eliminated over 700 viruses from our computer, which was just the beginning. There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. I would highly recommend Jim and will definitely use his services in the future, as needed.

"Technician as knowledgeable & got the job done. He changed out our 14 year old thermostat with a very easy to use. & readable digital thermostat. Inspected inside unit, cleaned it thoroughly, fixed some leaks where the tape had come loose. Checked freon level also. Now I have a clean unit that cools & may extend the life of my Heat pump."

"They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."
